Slow-Cooker Chili
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 white onion
- 1~2 cans tomato sauce (8oz each)
- 1 pkg chili spice
- 2 cans of red kidney beans (dark or light. I use one each)
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 can beef broth (15 or 16oz) (optional)
Directions
- Brown beef and onion.
- Put in slow cooker when ready.
- Combine rest of ingredients with beef and onion. Mix well.
- On low for 8 hours.
Don't bother eating right away. Let cool, then refrigerate overnight. Then heat and eat.
