Slow-Cooker Chili

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 white onion
  • 1~2 cans tomato sauce (8oz each)
  • 1 pkg chili spice
  • 2 cans of red kidney beans (dark or light. I use one each)
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 can beef broth (15 or 16oz) (optional)

Directions

  • Brown beef and onion.
  • Put in slow cooker when ready.
  • Combine rest of ingredients with beef and onion. Mix well.
  • On low for 8 hours.

Don't bother eating right away. Let cool, then refrigerate overnight. Then heat and eat.
